    1.  A protected zone, such as a window, door or motion sensor, detects an intruder.
    2.  Your control panel automatically dials our CENTRAL STATION and transmits your location ID and the zone violated.
    3.  Your phone number and other vital information about you flash on the computer screen of a dispatcher.
    4.  A dispatcher phones you for a pass code to eliminate false alarms.
    5.  If no one is at home, or if given an incorrect pass code, our dispatcher immediately dispatches police, firefighters or emergency medical services depending on the nature of the emergency.
    6.  A dispatcher will call a responsible person you have designated.
